Logan's Story
In 2019, my football career ended overnight. Three shoulder surgeries and a medical retirement from Eastern Michigan University at 19 years old. Everything I had worked toward — gone.
Instead of going home, I stayed in Michigan and took a job as a General Manager at a local Anytime Fitness. I was responsible for the members, the trainers, the floor — everything. I spent two years there learning the industry from the inside out, and it lit something in me that football never did.
When I eventually moved back home after four years in Michigan, I took an office job to pay the bills. But I never stopped training clients. I was up at 4am before work to train people, and straight back to the gym after to train more. I didn't do it because I had to. I did it because it was the only thing that felt right.
In 2023, I quit the office job, opened my LLC, and went all in on Logainz Fitness. Since then I've helped 500+ men get into the best shape of their lives — men with demanding schedules, real responsibilities, and standards that don't accept average.
In 2025, I competed in my first ever Men's Physique show. Not because I wanted to be a bodybuilder — but because I needed to hold myself to the same standard I hold my clients. If I'm asking them to do hard things, I need to be doing harder ones. That's the standard I operate by, and it's what you get when you work with me.
